AK-157 Camo Disc

Uschi van der Rosten is a new company from Germany that from its beginning has joined with AK Interactive to offer some original and necessary products for many modellers. The first reference is a system of adhesive masks and photoetched to produce the German Ambush camouflage, so popular towards the end of the Second World War. In concrete, this camouflage is based on a large variety of discs that form the perfect camouflage for central European forests. Until now, this style of camouflage has been nearly impossible to reproduce for many modellers, due to its difficulty, now however, thanks to this new system; it is easy to do in just a few minutes. The set is available in two scales, 1/48 and 1/35, so that the circles fit with the real size of each scale. Contains application instructions in colour. It is composed of three elements. First of all we have 3 soft-mask-bars of connected discs (3 different sizes) according to the ambush scheme (a.k.a disc pattern camo) as seen on late Panther G (R01 and others). Furthermore you find another soft-mask-bar attached, containing separated discs. These extra discs are consistent to the size and shape of the pattern on the other bars.
The single discs are very helpful in fiddly corners, edges and other tricky spots. All soft mask elements are self adhesive and come on a semi-transparent masking film. This is pretty handy for easy adjusting, placement and removal of the masks.
The soft masks are re-usable to a certain point. Handle them carefully and replace them on the carrier film after painting for long fun with the product. Also there is a PE stencil included. This stencil allows you a maximum repeated use of the set and is especially designed for flat areas of the model such as side skirts, for example. The pattern on the PE piece is entirely consistent with all the soft mask pieces included.

AK 159 Metal Burnishing Fluid

The German brand Uschi, in cooperation with AK Interactive, offers this essential product to rust, in a natural way, the tracks made out of white metal, such as the ones from Fruilmodel. You just need to submerge the tracks in the liquid for a few minutes and the metal takes on a realistic dark and rusty aspect, easily and effortlessly.

AK 160 Panzer Grey Modulation Set

After the great success of the previous modulation sets, we have created this set for original German vehicles, painted in the famous Panzer Grey. This range of colours offers the perfect combination of tones to achieve the perfect modulation. Each colour is different and has been perfectly studied to create an optical light effect. Furthermore this new set only contains 6 colours as we have removed the primer and satin varnish. In this way, the modeller can choose the primer they want and does not have to pay extra for another one. Also, these new paints are slightly satiny to avoid the need to apply a varnish afterwards.

AK 167 German Green and Brown Modulation Set

An essential set for those modellers that paint German vehicles with a three tone camouflage. Here are included 3 colours to modulate the German Brown and another 3 colours for the German green. The modeller can use it in combination with the AK002 set to modulate the Dunkelgeb or the famous German dark yellow. Furthermore this new set only contains 6 colours as we have removed the primer and satin varnish. In this way, the modeller can choose the primer they want and does not have to pay extra for another one. Also, these new paints are slightly satiny to avoid the need to apply a varnish afterwards.
